My family and I stayed here while we were in Montgomery for our cousin’s college graduation. The service was great and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Especially the valet service, I received my car under 10 mins and was on my way back on the road.
my stay with the PMC via Montgomery was sublime due to the amazing customer service, especially from the valet staff. It felt nice to have my time respected, and Not to mention just how respectful the valet staff was that is something that is rare to see, and it is greatly appreciated, so a big thank you to Kenny from valet. Overall, the staff was amazing and it was a genuinely relaxing experience.
The place is clean, beautiful, and gives you movie set vibes. It’s so warm and charming during the colder months and open and bright during the hotter months. I’ve been there several times on business and the staff has always been nice, professional, and attentive. It’s in the perfect location to walk to downtown venues. The room I visited was very clean with an industrial yet comfy feeling.
We found this charming hotel in our way to FL for family vacation. Our original plan was to stop in Birmingham but all the hotels were full or $$$$$$. Brandon at the front desk went above and beyond helping our family from multiple phone call before arrival to verify availability and booking. He also helped us find the hotel in the dark. Marriott, if you have customer service like Brandon no hotel will ever have a chance. He is a great pillar for what customer service is. Thank you again!!!!
I can surely say this was the greatest experience my family and I have had at any hotel. Brittany at the front desk; went above and beyond. She was super friendly, helpful, and genuine. We will choose this hotel every visit just to be provided with the outstanding customer service she gave to us. We were in town for my son's dance competition and this was our 1st time visiting Montgomery AL. The location was perfect and restaurants, museums , and eatery is all walking distance. The restaurant located inside the hotel was a 10/10. This is your sign to book here. And it's clean.
